Early in 2022, Annemarie made the leap to bring Compass to the Richmond Real Estate market as a Founding Agent. Annemarie founded Team Hensley in 2002 with a desire to bring a luxury real estate experience to every client. Compass Concierge
Compass Concierge is the hassle-free way to sell your home faster and for a higher price with services like staging, flooring, painting, and more. Get fronted for the cost of home improvement services with no interest — ever. First, you and one of our agents work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work. When you're ready to start, your we will be by your side while we secure vendors and commission work. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market. Then, you'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
Compass Coming Soon
Selling your home? Listing it early as a Coming Soon property on compass.com gives buyers and their agents a heads up that your home is about to hit the market. Drive interest with exclusive marketing and gain insights before officially launching. Positioned on the Compass homepage and prioritized in search results, Compass Coming Soon listings are the first homes buyers see when they visit compass.com. Not only are these listings promoted site-wide, but they may be featured in both national and regional marketing campaigns at no extra cost to you.
Compass Private Exclusives
Work with Team Hensley to sell your home as a Private Exclusive on Compass. Listing your home as a private exclusive allows you to control what information is shared about you and your home while still getting exposure to top agents at Compass. A private exclusive listing is an off-market home that can be shared by a Compass agent directly with their colleagues and their buyers. Property details aren’t disseminated widely and won’t appear on public home search websites. Reasons someone might choose to sell their home as a private exclusive include new job or relocation, family changes like marriage or divorce, evolving financial circumstances, health issues, valuable belongings like art or furniture, and more.
Bridge Loan Services
A bridge loan is a short-term loan that uses the equity from your current home to help you make an offer on a new one, without rushing to sell. If you want to move but your money is tied up in the equity of your current house, a bridge loan can help you secure funding to facilitate the transition to a new home — like for a down payment or mortgage payments. Once your current home sells, you can use the proceeds to pay the bridge loan back.
